General
- G-01Respect everyone
Harassment, hate speech and discrimination are removed, in character or out.
- G-02No exploits or cheats
Mod menus, bug abuse and duplication glitches mean a permanent ban. Report bugs, don't use them.
- G-03Working mic required
A clear microphone is required for all roleplay.
Roleplay
- RP-01Stay in character
OOC talk goes in OOC channels. If something breaks, finish the scene and sort it out after.
- RP-02Value your life
Outnumbered or at gunpoint, play the fear. Your character wants to live.
- RP-03No metagaming
What you see on stream or hear in Discord doesn't exist for your character.
- RP-04No powergaming
Give others a chance to react. Don't force outcomes the game can't back up.
Combat & crime
- C-01No random violence
Every fight needs a roleplay reason built up in a scene first.
- C-02New life after going down
If you're respawned, you don't remember the events that led to it.
- C-03No combat logging
Disconnecting to escape a scene is treated as cheating.
Vehicles
- V-01Drive like it's real
No driving supercars up mountains or launching off ramps without consequences.
- V-02No vehicle deathmatch
Using a car as a weapon follows the same rules as any other weapon.
Staff & reports
- S-01Report, don't argue
Finish the scene, then open a ticket in Discord with clips if you have them.
- S-02Staff decisions can be appealed
Appeals go through the Discord ticket system, never through in-game arguments.

Common questions
Do I need to fill out an application?
No. The server is allowlisted, but verifying in the Discord is all it takes. Only Police and EMS have their own application, which you can do after you've played.
I verified but the server says I'm not allowlisted.
Make sure the Discord desktop app is open and logged in to the same account you verified with, then fully restart FiveM. If it still fails, open a support ticket in the Discord.
How do I connect?
Press Connect in FiveM on this page, or open FiveM, press F8, paste the connect line and press Enter. You can also search for NeptoonRP in the FiveM server list.
The game crashes or won't load.
Clear your FiveM cache: in your FiveM Application Data folder, delete everything inside data except game-storage. Then update your graphics drivers and try again.
Can I use graphics mods or a reshade?
Check the rules channel in the Discord for what's allowed. Anything that gives you an advantage, like removing fog or seeing through walls, is a ban.
How do I report a player or appeal a ban?
Open a ticket in the Discord. Include clips if you have them. Never argue it out in character.
